Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

The master bedroom boasts views of Long Reef & Gosford and a large window to watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed. Overlooking the grassy backyard flowing on to the beach you are only 3 doors down from patrolled lifesavers. Enjoy playing on the sand, frolicking in the water or simply sitting on the grass in the backyard, taking in the majestic views.

Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
