Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil escape, you are looking at the right spot. Nestled beneath whispering conifers and oaks, this cabin boasts of beautiful mountain and valley views. Trails for hiking and premier mountain biking in the Tahoe National Forest; simply open your door and begin your adventure. Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

Relax in this newly built log cabin on over 3 private acres of land at an elevation of 4,300 ft. The 1350 square foot cabin has a large master loft with a large private bathroom and media area. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space and that it is a self contained small cabin with a tiny deck.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Perfect for hikers and bikers.

Fool of a Took! The first of our four hobbit holes is inspired by Pippin, and has all the charm and whimsy you'd expect. The gray, silver and blue tones harken back to Minas Tirith and the nearby sea. A king-sized bed, spacious shower and cozy bathrobe are just a few of the comforts you'll enjoy during your stay. Unlike Aragorn, we know all about second breakfast!
