Family built in 1954 with recently installed electricity, mains water, bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen from 2020 with dishwasher. Access to private pier to swim in the ocean as well as kayaks, tennis court and great hiking opportunities included.

Vi leier ut hytte og anneks med fantastisk beliggenhet i idylliske Larkollen ca 1 time kjøring fra Oslo. Sjøutsikt og stor hage med plass til mye lek og moro. Hytta ligger i kort gangavstand fra nærbutikk Joker, Støtvig Hotell med diner, basseng, spa og bowlinghall og Losen samt et par minutts gange til tennisbaner, badebrygge og strand. Stor gressplen med fotballøkke, leke- og grillplass i umiddelbar nærhet. Evje golfpark ligger 8 min kjøring fra hytta.

Bryggerhuset ligger i Humlehagen i sommerparadiset Brunlanes, rett ved Helgeroa. Et nydelig og fredelig lite hus med egen hage. I umiddelbar nærhet ligger Norges deiligste strender, Kyststien, fine turstier i skogen og du kan bade uforstyrret i Hallevannet.
