Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Garden Room is a separate contemporary building in the garden of our family home in a quiet residential street close to the centre of popular West Bridgford.Beds can be set up as 2 singles or zipped together to make a super king.Ensuite with power shower. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

Located just outside of Nottingham City Centre, our Modern Annex is an unique private space with own access to and from the building , completely separated from the main house , comprising a cosy bedroom , a small lounge with sofa bed, a basic kitchenette area and a shower room . The double French patio doors of the sitting room open up straight on to the charming landscaping garden.

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
