Adults only getaway. Nestled in the corner of the field where you will see our miniature Shetland ponies. Next to the River Trent, fishing available locally, 2 pubs serving fabulous food and drinks, just a short walk away. The local town is 15 minutes away by car and it’s 25 minutes to Lincoln and Newark. We aim to give you a peaceful and luxurious stay! You will see our JCB & Tractors but noise and movement of machinery is kept to a minimum during guest stays to give you peace and tranquility

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxurious carriage conversion situated in the medieval hamlet of Sookholme. It's very close to Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, historic Edwinstowe and a great number of other local beauty spots. It’s very private overlooking a small pond with a snug at the rear. A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines. Mabel the Shepherd’s Hut with Castle view

Mabel our beautiful Shepherd’s hut, was built here on the farm by us. Nestled in a peaceful corner of our small stud farm, you will have complete privacy with no neighbours, surrounded only by nature. Mabel offers a tranquil space to digitally detox, with views out across the fields to the historic Belvoir castle. Mabel has a a wood fired hot tub set in a clearing in the woodland & an outdoor bath, perfect for relaxing & stargazing. Inside a mini hobbit wood burning stove will keep you warm.

Walking distance from the local pub (3min walk) and wedding venues- The Renaissance (6min walk), Kelham House Country Manor (12 min walk). With Eden Hall 10mins drive away. Newark on Trent 2miles and Southwell 4.8miles. Our beautiful shepherd hut is located on the farm whereby newborn lambs, goats and chickens are visible from your window. Perfect country getaway.

Oxton Hill Hideaway Paddock View is a charming shepherds hut on an rural equestrian farm. With amazing views for miles it has its own kitchenette, double bed, ensuite bathroom & enclosed garden/patio. Love the fabulous log burning stove and basket of logs. Toast marshmallows around a fire pit. Explore bridle paths on the farm which link to neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell. We are dog friendly (small cleaning charge). All linen is provided too. Adult only.

Set in a rural hamlet near the River Trent with easy access to river walks. The village has an historic church visited by the Pilgrim Fathers. The area has a rich history with Lincoln, Gainsborough and Retford market town a short drive away. Best of all the village has two good pubs within walking distance, serving food and local beers. Little Willow is set at the back of a large garden with views over open countryside. It is fully equipped with shower, compost toilet and kitchenette.

Enjoy a relaxing break with spectacular views over the fields, or for a more adventure packed stay you can enjoy the local attractions. We also have fantastic walks around the farm and good cycle routes, the whole farm is open to guests with fields to play in/ponies to pamper free of charge & BBQ fire pits.
