Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches of Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a gazebo and parking on site.
