We offer off-road parking and secure bicycle storage in our shed. Helensburgh marks the start of the John Muir Way and the Three Lochs Way distance walks. The West Highland Way and several other walks are nearby.. For climbers, Ben Lomond, the Conic Hill and Ben Arthur (The Cobbler) are a short drive away.

The house stands on its own in a rural setting and is close to the ferry for the Island of Kerrera. The view from the house is over looking the Sound of Kerrera with yachts, fishing boats and ferries passing by. It's two miles to Oban which has a large choice of places to eat. There is virtually no public transport to the house. Taxis are available from the railway station area in the town. Visitors are asked to arrive after 17.00 hours and on the morning of departure to leave by 10.00.

The Bothy Suite by Temple Wood

The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

The Byre B&B Connel Rm One

The Byre is a very comfortable and relaxing B&B in Connel by Oban. Set in a peaceful, rural location in an area of outstanding natural beauty with breath taking scenery. (check my profile to see both rooms) Our two beautifully presented, well proportioned ensuite bedrooms are in a self-contained annexe with a private entrance and outdoor space. A short walk down the lane brings you to the heart of the village where you'll find local pubs and a well stocked Village store.

Welcome all. Twin room, sharing all amenities with myself, the proprietor, only. Quality and comfy beds with plenty of cupboard space etc. Toilet with shower. Living room with lovely coal fire, tv, dvd's, and WiFi access throughout the house. And not to mention a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Kinlochleven is a lovely wee village in the heart of the Highlands offering fishing, trekking, climbing etc with 4 restaurant / bars and a Co Op.

Times Top 30 wine bar (with great food) right across the road in a string of independents… corner shop, pizza stop, restaurants, deli, green grocers. Walking distance to Tramway art centre, Hidden Gardens, Bellahouston Park for gigs, Burrell (UK Museum of the Year) and several parks.

Free private off road parking. Our studio apar]tment is comfortable and spacious with kitchen facilities and bathroom. Towels and bedding supplied as well as handsoap in bathroom, no other other toiletries are provided. The area is quiet and only approx 3 minutes drive from the town centre, a 10-15 min walk or a regular bus service every half hour throughout the day_ the closest bus stop about 150 mtrs from the house.
