The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! Relax and enjoy your stay in Martin. We feature a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with a nice yard and fenced in back yard. We are centrally located to UTM, approximately 2 miles away. This is a quiet neighborhood on a serene side street. We accept pets with the additional pet fee. We also allow early check in and late check outs when available.

This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
