Cozy 1 BR/1 BA cottage is 6 blocks from Ocean Beach & 4 blocks to grocery stores, bars, shopping, restaurants & nightlife. 2 miles to SeaWorld & 8 miles to the San Diego Zoo. 1 Queen bed & pull-out couch (Queen Bed size). 70" TV, ceiling fans, central heat, A/C unit, Washer/Dryer, BBQ & beach supplies all provided for your trip! The cottage is fenced in it's own private lot with plenty of street parking available. Ideal for 2, but can squeeze a small family of 4.

It includes excellent heat & air conditioning. We also provide beach towels & cooler for a perfect beach vacation. The one room studio accommodation, queen size bed, small couch, separate full bathroom with shower & tub. Kitchen with gas stove & oven. Fast internet and tv with Amazon Firestick for viewing your favorite shows.

Our bright and comfy one bedroom/ one bath beach cottage is the perfect place to enjoy Ocean Beach and San Diego. It is conveniently located three blocks down the street from the beach with a full kitchen, full bathroom and private courtyard. Free parking is provided. We've taken additional steps to reduce the spread of infection due to COVID-19 with enhanced deep cleaning, linens laundered on sanitary cycle, and providing sanitary wipes to guests.
