We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

This beach home is perfect for those looking to stay in and relax or go visit hot spots of the Oceano and Pismo area! The home is just steps from the sand and minutes from Oceano Dune access. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
