Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Private Modern Farmhouse, on 5 acres, with stunning views of Seneca Lake and the surrounding hills. This entire structure has been completely remodeled. Adjacent to the home is a fully furnished covered entertainment area.

Relax and enjoy this unique and private getaway hidden behind trees on a spacious lot. Minutes from Lake Seneca, wineries and picturesque walking trails with natural waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife! Get back to nature or enjoy wine tasting. Plan a day on the water with kayak & boat rentals, everything you need. We have it all! We also have alternating stairs to access the loft sleeping area (see picture), but if that’s not your thing there is a comfy Murphy bed on the lower level.
