We have a good layout for wheelchairs and a portable wheelchair ramp if needed. Fire Pit, hot tub and hiking trails available. We use solar power for our energy needs! Our pond has no fish but we can direct u to a place to fish!

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Eagle Crest Lodge

Eagle Crest Lodge started its life as a horse barn. We converted it from 5 horse stalls and a hayloft to a cozy lodge with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens and beautiful covered porches. The Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 18 people and its 3 acres of pasture land leads down to a quiet finger on South Holston Lake. It will be an experience you won't forget.
