Minutes from Lexington, Keeneland, Shaker Village, Bluegrass Airport and the Bourbon Trail 5 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a 3000 SF home with screened porch and a hot tub. We have a good layout for wheelchairs and a portable wheelchair ramp if needed. Fire Pit, hot tub and hiking trails available. We use solar power for our energy needs! Our pond has no fish but we can direct u to a place to fish!

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are @ 3 miles from downtown Kingsport. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, with an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. There is a 43" TV along with Roku provided to use your streaming services, no cable TV provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

This is Cookie Top Mountain Chalet. We wanted to create a place where not only families, but also their fur babies could enjoy, although we do have a 2 dog maximum. To experience the elegance of the majestic views from our cabin, please plan for travel over a brief period of gravel roads. We recommend an SUV or front wheel drive capable vehicle. Google or Apple maps are accurate, Waze is not
