Large sliding doors open the back and entire front, creating indoor/outdoor flow onto extensive decking which steps down onto landscaped native gardens, seating and bush tracks. 3 bedroom house with fibre, in central Kawerau location, overlooking river reserve and mountain. 1 km from town centre and supermarket. Dairy and resthome a short walk away. Gateway to the Tarawera Forest and the Tarawera Falls - permit required - only available on weekends. A short walk to the Tarawera River. Kawerau is 20 minutes drive to Lake Rotoma, 30 minutes to Whakatane, and about an hour's drive to Rotorua, Tauranga and Opotiki for sightseeing or outdoor activities.

Your own deck area for BBQs along with grass area looking out to the water to relax. Please note this is an outdoor kitchen only.

Ohope at it's best, loved family home

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat with less than 100m to New Zealand's favourite beach, Ohope. This home has been extensively renovated with modern new kitchen, double glazing, HRV, two heat pumps and wood fire - great all year round. Only a short 7 minute drive to Ohope's international golf course and Port Ohope is popular for launching boats and jet skis. Just enjoy a walk, with lots of walking and bike tracks in the area.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We have paddle boards, two kayaks and plenty of games for use. Fully fenced back yard. Sit on the deck with a picture perfect view. Plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Lake Rotoma is one of New Zealands cleanest and warmest Lakes. 30 minutes to Rotorua airport. One hour to Papamoa beach and 40 minutes to Whakatane. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a sleep out.

'Motuhora Rise' Retreat is nestled in the beautiful native bush with abundant bird life including the Kiwi. You'll love this peaceful and private 'retreat' environment.
