The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Relax in this lovely renovated bungalow. The bungalow is located on a small-scale holiday park at a recreational lake and is surrounded by Dutch nature. We offer all the luxury you would like to experience on your holiday: a lovely Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and solarium inside, and a 6p. hot tub in our beautiful royal private garden. If you like the outdoors, then you're in the right place. Sitting by the outdoor fireplace or having a delicious dinner with your family it's all possible!

B&B BellaRose is a luxurious, beautifully furnished guest house . Being almost on the banks of the river ‘Maas’, with its beautiful marshlands and so close to the forest, this is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of nature. Still, the bustling city of ’s Hertogenbosch is only a stone’s throw away. On request, and for an additional fee, we also offer the use of our wood-burning hot tub, sauna and reflexology massage. In de landelijke Brabantse Kempen ligt het dorpje Steensel, één van de Acht Zaligheden. Kom tot rust in ons gastenverblijf met sauna. De prachtige omgeving biedt de ideale locatie voor ultieme ontspanning. Met twee fietsen tot je beschikking, verken je gemakkelijk de streek. Ontdek de weelderige bossen en de verborgen juweeltjes van dit pittoreske gebied. Aanbevelingen: restaurant in de straat, bushalte op 400m, sfeervol Eersel op 2km en bruisend Eindhoven onder handbereik.

Rosa’s buitenhuis met hottub en IR sauna

We nodigen je uit in ons mooie houten huis. Warm je op bij de houtkachel of plons in de hottub. Je kunt hier genieten van de rust en de ruimte van het Brabantse platteland, op een klein stukje afstand van Den Bosch. Het huis ligt achter ons eigen huis maar geeft volledige privacy en heeft uitzicht over de kleine weide met kippen. Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, iets speciaals

Op de Bosscheweg, pal tegenover Hotel v.d Valk ligt ons huis met rondom bomen en waterpartijen. In de tuin is het werk-atelier van de voormalige bewoner omgetoverd tot een heerlijk gastenverblijf. Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.
