Best of all, relax on the charming wrap around front porch or barbeque off the private porch off main floor back bedroom. ENJOY!

You can walk to the small local beach (7 minutes) that includes benches where you can read a book, picnic tables, a playground for the young ones, and a boat ramp should you have a jet ski, a boat, or a paddle board. The Gulf beaches (Okaloosa Island) are 9 minute drive and Destin is 16 min away.

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

The cottage is in Maravilla Resort, Miramar Beach, FL. The resort has a 2.5 acre private beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room. The living room TV has HULU.
