A freshen up is now complete! New paint, trim, flooring and bathroom! We have 1 one bedroom walkout basement suite with a queen size bed and everything you should need, if it isn't there please ask! Gas burning fireplace makes it nice and cozy on the cool nights. We are within walking distance to dining, groceries, clothing etc. Suite contains a full kitchen and laundry facilities & Wifi. You can log into your Netflix or you are welcome to use the guest account on Prime on the Smart TV.

Crystal Green Retreat, 1 King & 1 Queen Suite

Come and stay in our luxury two bedroom, 1 bathroom lower level retreat. You will be instantly greeted with a cozy living area and stylish decor. Cozy up to a modern crystal fireplace and a comfortable large reclining leather sectional, while you enjoy watching a 80” smart theater TV. We offer a side bar with coffee station, microwave and fridge and freezer. There are 2 large bedrooms and walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The king size tempur pedic bed is absolutely heavenly.

Private Walk Out Basement Suite with Pond Views

Separate entrance, easy access to everything from this location. Beautiful pond views, great playgrounds nearby and located on walking paths. Wet bar consisting of sink, mini fridge, laundry/dryer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, home gym, many games, DVDS and books available for your entertainment. Parking is on the street directly in front of home. The entrance is on the left side of the house (down a few stairs) through the backyard. 1 nice sized bedroom with queen bed.

Crokotoks entire basement suite - dogs welcome

Located in one of Okotoks' most beautiful neighbourhoods, Crokotoks is a comfortable, quiet and safe place for you to lay your heads. We welcome singles, couples and families, but mostly dogs. Explore Alberta's Foothills region from centrally located Okotoks. Enjoy the park-like setting just outside your door. We live upstairs with our three small schipperke dogs. You may hear us moving around, but we keep quiet hours between 10 p.m and 7 a.m. Cats are absolutely NOT permitted.
