The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 75” HD TV with SKY & Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Cider Lodge is a traditional two bedroom log cabin, situated in a tranquil location along side a river, ideal for family breaks. Perfect for relaxing, exploring and visiting the local historic town. We are located in a small village featuring a great family pub called 'The Malcolm Arms which is within walking distance. We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.
