We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Just up the hill from downtown Tahoe City is your small Adventure Hub! This tiny cabin offers an entry room and sunny kitchen/living space with a garden window and skylight. Equipped with a queen bed and comfy couch there is plenty of room to relax after a big day in Tahoe. During the summer enjoy meals or relaxing outside on your private deck with shade garden. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!

Great for 2 couples with 1-bedroom downstairs (queen bed) & a loft upstairs w/queen bed & 2 futons. Enjoy coffee on 1 of the 2 two decks w/mountain views or sit by the cozy gas fireplace. Ski @ Homewood, Squaw or Alpine—the shuttles are nearby. A beach is at the bottom of the hill, & many popular restaurants & bars are nearby. We have hi speed wifi & a TV downstairs.
