We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. In the warmer months, enjoy a short stroll to the lake front beach and pier for swimming and water sports or enjoy miles of safe lake side bike and walking paths or trek out to the trails that surround us including Eagle Rock.
