Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Nya Varvet är ett lugnt, havsnära område som ligger 10 minuter från Göteborg city. Busshållplats finns 200 meter från huset och med bussen tar det 10 minuter in till Järntorget

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

The house is suitable for families. The main-floor is aviable for air bnb-guest. It has 6 beds and babybed in totally 3 bedrooms. Wifi is aviable. The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
