Recently completed flat with own access next to our modern house. Within a 5 minute walk to the river and High Street, and a 10 minute walk to the station. The setting is very quiet and the flat has been built to a high standard with a wonderful picture window giving the impression of being in the trees, and solar shading to keep the other aspect cool. Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
