The Place at Crystal Beach

Three minute walk to the beach! "The Place" is a new cottage completed in July 2023 on property owned by the hosts’ family for over four decades. The cottage has an open floor plan. The living room has a smart TV above a gas fireplace. The large kitchen has all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The three bedrooms have queen beds. As well, there is a twin bunk, a pull-out sofa bed, and a designated office area. Outside there is a large deck, hammock, and fire pit. Fire wood is provided.

That Cottage by the Lake!

This entire cottage is just what you are looking for if you are looking for an escape from the day to day work life. Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

Honeoye Haven

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
