A large villa with large pool big garden very close to Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans...... modern house with big kitchen en big garden close to Nature park "het Twiske". By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

The house is located near Amsterdam (30 by bike or public transport to Amsterdam Central Station) but also next to beautiful typical Dutch nature and a wind mill and close to other tourist sites like Zaanse Schans and Edam/Volendam. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in ons moderne chalet van 33 m2 met regendouche en airco en netflix. Geniet vanaf je terras van de rust en het prachtige vrije uitzicht over het natuurgebied. Het ligt 15 minuten ten noorden van Amsterdam en je kunt er met de fiets, auto of bus komen. Met de fiets is het maar 7 km naar de ndsm pont waarmee je naar het centrum van Amsterdam kunt gaan. In de omgeving van het huisje kun je fietsen, wandelen, suppen, surfen, varen en zwemmen in natuurgebied het Twiske.

Welkom in Oase Oostzaan! Ons tuinhuis ligt verscholen in het groen en heel centraal gelegen op 10 min fietsen van Amsterdam-Noord en 5 min van natuurgebied 't Twiske. Het gasthuis, gebouwd in de zomer van 2023, is ruim opgezet en stijlvol ingericht. Dé ideale uitvalsbasis voor stellen en jonge ouders met hun eerste kind. Met een zandbak, speelkeuken, trampoline, boomhut, schommels én fietsen met kinderzitje allemaal tot jullie beschikking! Geniet van de rust én veelzijdige uitjes!

Family home,with three floors. The house is ideal for a 5 persons family, so they all can have their own bedroom. For adults 5 guests maximum also. I have a red cat (Eddy Nacho), which makes my house not suitable for people who are allergic for cats or dislike cats. Nearby Twiske area and Waterlland are beautiful nature and recreational areas for walks, biking and swimming. You can rent a boat or canoe Bus/metro 30min to Amsterdam city center, Car 15-20 min..

Welkom op het fantastische verblijf “t Weilandje”, deze woning geeft u een idyllisch gevoel op een unieke locatie vanuit de achtertuin naar het Oostzanerveld. Dit natuurgebied en vogelreservaat met koeien, schapen , paarden en veel soorten vogels geeft een landelijke ruimte en rust aan de rand van Amsterdam en het Twiske.

Vrij en dichtbij

Ga er even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Met 10-15 minuten fietsen bij de pont naar hartje Amsterdam of een busstop 2 minuten lopen van de deur die je naar de metro brengt om waar dan ook in Amsterdam uitstappen. Met het openbaar vervoer is onze accommodatie 24h/7 bereikbaar.
