It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the restaurant, zip line, castle, grocery store, main road and it's only 15 min (walking) away from the city center. For guests who want a night life, at the winter there are a few night bars and clubs at the town and during the summer there is a lot of festivals at the nearby places.Pazin is situated in the center of Istria so it's very nice position if you want to visit the ather towns like Porec,Rovinj,Pula,Motovun,Vrsar and the ather cityes .You will need with car 20 -30 minutes

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
