U blizini apartmana se nalazi plaža(30m) , restoran i šetnica. 200-ak metara od apartmana je udaljen dućan, bankomat i centar našeg lijepog mjesta Brista. Novouređeni apartman nudi: TV, free Wi-Fi, klimu uređaj, perilicu rublja, 2 ležaja, WC, kuhinju, besplatan parking, vanjski dio kuće gdje gosti mogu izaći sjesti i slušati prekrasan šum mora te udobno i mirno spavanje. !U APARTMANU JE ZABRANJENO PUŠENJE!

APARTMAN 2 - ERA (NO PETS!)

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Großes Ferienhaus in Brist an der Makarska Riviera – ideal für Familien oder Gruppen bis zu 10 Personen. Das Haus besteht aus vier separaten Apartments mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. Dadurch hat jede Familie oder jedes Paar ihren eigenen privaten Bereich. Gemeinsame Küche sowie große Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Meerblick laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.
