The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Patio e giardino esterno ad uso personale, dog friendly. Posto macchina interno. Le spiagge di Barcola e Sistiana distano circa 10-15 minuti.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

Per una vacanza anche di più giorni, proponiamo una graziosa casetta monofamiliare di 65 mq., immersa nel verde, vista mare, con taverna relax, giardino recintato e grande terrazza solarium, che è stata completamente ristrutturata per un uso turistico. La struttura si sviluppa su un piano, con annessa taverna al piano inferiore; è esposta a sud e quindi soleggiata tutto il giorno e fronteggia un fitto bosco con il ruscello sottostante.
