This area of Nashville has plenty to offer with the biggest Mall in Tennessee and lots of restaurants and things to do. It can also be a quiet relaxing time if that is what you like. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We are a short distance from the airport and there is a train station down the road that goes into Nashville in the mornings and evenings. We are a short cab or Uber ride to the Honky Tonks and happenings downtown as well. Nashville has the highest Hotel rates in the nation. Because of where we are situated, it is extremely easy to get around with Lyft or Uber or driving. We are in the part of town with the least traffic getting to and from Downtown Nashville. Luxurious Cozy Guesthouse

This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children. We have a no child under 12 policy, and a not pet policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.
