Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
