Perfect for couples and families, it sleeps up to eight guests. It’s a fully self-contained house giving you everything you need for that perfect beach getaway. Minutes’ drive from Orford, and less than two hours’ drive to Freycinet National Park, with plenty of beautiful scenery and wineries along the way.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. Lovingly converted, this beautiful building retains unique architectural features whilst including quality furnishing and modern amenities. Ideal for a romantic weekend getaway, a summer holiday or to use as a gateway to the beautiful East Coast or to visit Maria Island National Park.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)
