Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Walk the property, use one of our paddle boats, swim, bring an ATV/ORV and ride the 12,000 acres of state land across the road, or simply relax and read a book by a campfire!

Enjoy your stay at this charming getaway on the shores of all-sports Rose Lake. Roast marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, swing in the hammock, take a paddleboat ride, kayak with the loons, jump off our swim raft or relax on a lounge chair and listen to the waves lap the shore. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes.
