Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

Breakfast is included. Tea/coffe, sweet, fruit.

From the apartment, you have walking distance to most facilities such as restaurants, cafes, parks, and public transportation. It is a family-friendly place, very quiet. This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.

Eiendommen ligger ca. 6 km fra Årnes sentrum, hvor du finner togstasjon og de fleste servicetilbud. Rett utenfor døren finner du et stort skogsområde (ca. 10 km²) med både merkede og umerkede turstier. Her kan du plukke blåbær, tyttebær og kantareller i sesong – og vi har lagt frem bærplukkere til fri bruk.
