Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Waterfront 6 bed home with beach and hot tub (April-Oct) is the perfect place for your next get-a-way. Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

This Old Lake House

This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. The vintage qualities emit a casual feeling of relaxation and summertime on the Lake. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

Lake Erie Cottage across from Water & Near Beaches

This location is perfect for nature enthusiast (nature preserves all around) and fishermen. located near state parks, marinas and local attractions. Located across street to the water small walk to private beach. There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

Catawba Island (Lake Erie) Marina House

Recently remodeled, open floor plan; 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 full bathrooms and 1,600+ SF of living space. Fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, dining area, play area, central a/c, parking for 4 cars, outdoor patio with grill, sitting area and fire pit. Located on a private road on doorstep of Foxhaven Marina. Quick and easy access to Lake Erie. Only minutes from beaches, island ferry’s and numerous restaurants, wineries, breweries, waterparks and area attractions.

Barney’s Shack @ the Bay - Cottage with a View

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck as you watch the sun come up over the Sandusky bay. You are within walking distance to a restaurants, a bait-shop, and fishing pier. A marina with boat ramp and boat rental is nearby. Easy access to Sandusky bay and Lake Erie to enjoy a day on the water. There are many activities nearby to enjoy. Spend the day Island hopping or roller coaster riding. Return home to relax on the deck.

Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
