Our place is located close to the Mekong River, center of historical town, 15 to 20 min to Boat Pier, Train Station and Airport. Restaurants, Cafés with sunset river terraces, Bakery, small shops and Laundry in walking distance. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The bedrooms incl. bathrooms are situated on two levels. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and is upstairs. A 2 single bed bedroom in Ground Floor. No Pets. No smoking indoors.

Leu Tribe Historical House

Very old wooden house that has been rebuilt and RENOVATED in town from a Leu tribe of northern laos. This house is a museum so if you are interested about the culture and architecture, it is a great option. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilet and 1 living room with 1 sofa and 1 bed upstairs. Downstairs is the open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. IMPORTANT: This house IS NOT MODERN, and has NO MODERN FACILITIES. The roof is made of a particular bamboo and there is NO INSULATION.

Von hier aus kann man die Altstadt bequem zu Fuss erkunden. Das Haus hat eine Küche und einen Aussensitzplatz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen nebeneinander sind aber separat, jedoch ist das 2. In 2023, this old Lao house (built in 1932) was rescued, relocated to town, renovated, and listed on Airbnb. The kitchen is equipped with a burner, fridge, coffee machine, and oven. Downstairs is a living room with an open backyard. Upstairs are two bedrooms with attached showers and a large veranda overlooking the beautiful garden. Next to the house is a very good European restaurant, and within a 5-minute walk is the best Lao restaurant in town. NOTE: We have 3 dogs.
