Tranquil House Inn - Standard King Room

Built in the style of the Outer Banks' inns of the 19th Century and enhanced with modern conveniences, the charm and comfort found in these rooms will greet you at every turn. Our King Standard rooms are positioned on either the first floor (accessible by ramp) or second floor (accessible by stairs only) of the Inn and offer 320 sq feet of space. Just steps away from all the excitement and exploration that Downtown Manteo offers. Tranquil House Inn is managed by North State Hospitality.

Enjoy the comforts of our two-bedroom suite which can accommodate 6 people. The suite features a kitchen with a four-burner cooktop (no oven), a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware to make your extended stay feel more like home. Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. The suite is located on the third floor and offers a balcony view overlooking the pool. The property does not have an elevator.

This room is located at the Island Guest House and Motel in historic Manteo. Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends from May to September and a three (3) night minimum stay on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day).
