Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

This private unit is situated in Vermont Hermanus, the top floor of a 3 storey house, where you have seaviews on the one side and mountain views on the other. We are 900 m from the well known walkways and about 1.2 km from Davies Pools. 10 km from city centre. There are wine farms, golf courses, fishing, whale watching, hiking trails, art galleries, good restaurants amongs other thing to visit . Wake up to the sound of breaking waves. Sunrise and sunsets are something to enjoy from the stoep. .

Our private, self-catering flatlet has a modern, sumptuous interior with high ceilings. We provide a cooling fan, heaters, and electric blankets (in winter). The private sliding-door entrance is accessed off the street via a spacious and private patio under a large veranda. There is parking on the premises. The flatlet is only 100 metres from the coastline and paved walkways stretch for more than a kilometre along the stunning clifftop views, where whales can be seen close by in season.

If you enjoy immersing yourself in local culture and the hum of village life, this one’s for you! Ps: We do have an inverter to keep the lights and WiFI on for you during power outages!

Klein La Cotte cottage is a charming and peaceful space set in the garden of our family home. It comprises an open plan bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. It has it's own private courtyard and access to the pool. It is a self catering unit; however rusks, coffee and tea are provided.
