Our solar powered cottage is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Onrus. Mere minutes from Hermanus, the cottage is located within walking distance from the beach and various tidal pools in the area. Fitted with solar panels, battery and inverter, the cottage has back-up power and is ‘loadshedding proof’. The space is beautifully furnished & decorated, stylish enough to make it feel special, but informal enough to enjoy your time at the beach. We offer RELIABLE, FAST FIBER internet.

Protea Beach Cottage is a 3 min walk to the beach, with no main roads to cross, so ideal for families with small children. Sandy beach with some rocks but can swim at high tide. Wi-Fi. DSTV Easy View (basic) DVD player with movies. 7 min walk to Harbour Island with Ocean Basket & Antonios, for great pizza. 13min walk across dunes into GB with shops & restaurants inc Spur right on the beach. For larger groups you can book Lente Cottage (3 doors down) & Protea Cottage together for 12 guests

With a private garden and pool, this coastal cottage was dreamed into existence as a laid-back vacation getaway. We kept the simplicity of its original character, adding the modern conveniences that are expected for comfort now, including solar power. One of the original seaside cottages in conveniently central Eastcliff, it's only a short stroll to the cliff path, town, and sea- you can hear the nearby waves crashing!

Comfortable, secure, freshly renovated, centrally located Fisherman's cottage in East Cliff/Kwaaiwater with the scenic cliff paths, spectacular whale watching spots and the Hermanus golf club with restaurant on your doorstep. Walking distance to the nearest supermarket, the town centre and restaurants, Fernkloof Nature Reserve as well as Langbaai, Kammabaai and Voelklip beaches along the coastal path across the road right in front of the house. Solar power so not impacted by loadshedding.

Under milkwoods

This house is built directly above a secluded beach in Gordon's Bay. It has five majestic milkwood trees and an indigenous garden. The sea is often calm and the sandy beach is suitable for children. There are rock pools and cormorants and seals in the bay. The harbour and the village are within walking distance. The house sleeps four people, but only one bedroom is fully enclosed; the rest of the house is open plan. Sam lives upstairs and will be there to welcome you on your arrival.

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages are about 9 km from Caledon and 25 km from Hermanus. It can accommodate up to 4 persons Two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers couches, Smart TV and WIFI Braai facilities are available in the garden. We no longer allow brides or grooms to get ready at our cottages on the day of their wedding. No day visitors

We welcome you to stay in our magical modern cottage in Fernkloof, Hermanus. The cottage is adjacent to our home but completely independant and private. The rooms look out onto either the garden or the leafy courtyard. There are two well-sized bedrooms with 100% pure cotton linen, each with an en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided for babies. It is 10 minute walk from the famous cliff path and right below the world renowned Fernkloof Nature Reserve with its spectacular mountain views

De Werf is in the Hemel en Aarde Valley - literally "Heaven on Earth". It sleeps 6 - large en suite bedroom (king bed or 2 singles) upstairs + a smaller bedroom downstairs (1 outside bedroom en suite on request). Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher + gas hob opens onto the dining/lounge. Guests relax on the long shady patio with stunning views across to the mountains. A small private swimming pool is perfect for late drinks as the sun sets over the mountains. A birdwatchers paradise.

Situated in the heart of Hermanus, it is a short walk to all the wonderful things on offer; Restaurants, entertainment, whale watching (in season), coastal walks, shopping & sightseeing. Chameleon Cottage is solar powered to supply electricity and hot water 24 hours a day. Netflix enabled TV and fast Wi-Fi to power your mobile devices.

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch.
