The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

There is a TV and DVD player. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows, go to Bear Lake or go to the Maple Grove Hot Springs in Thatcher, ID. Closed during the winter months.
