Great location, practically on campus! Two parking passes. Newly renovated charming condo in quiet woodland setting. Sleeps 4. Three minute walk to soccer, softball and volleyball games. Twelve minute walk to football or basketball or the Grove. Completely remodeled and nicely furnished. Open floorpan with 80” TV. Large covered deck with fire-pit, grill, ceiling fan and outdoor TV. Washer and dryer. Wifi internet and streaming services.

Cheerful House with POOL, Hot Tub, and Fire Pit

Spend some quality time with your family by relaxing at our cottage. There is a hot tub and TV outside for you to watch the football game or just listen to music. There is also a gas fire pit and a outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Come make a wonderful family memory or bring your best friends for a weekend get away. Swimming Pool close October to May each year. No Parties, unless approved before booking.

Log Cabin at Sardis Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Log cabin only 1 mile from Pats Bluff boat ramp on the upper lake at Sardis. Only 20 mins to Oxford and 15 mins to Batesville. This cabin has been completely renovated. Mbr downstairs and 2 br and full bath upstairs. This cabin sleeps 7 easily and even has an additional flip chair that converts to a twin bed that is perfect for a child. Plenty of parking.
