Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Island is made up of an upturned boat for sleeping in, a covered kitchen/bar with its own stove, and a private wood fired hot tub. The river Coln flows alongside, and the accommodation is reached by footbridge. Walks stretch out in every direction, and Fairford and Lechlade and Clarksons pub are close. No availability? Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.
