The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. A large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

This spacious hideaway, retaining original stable dividers, exudes charm with an inviting, open layout. Inside, find a cosy living room, reading room, dining area, large kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The property offers three bedrooms sleeping six: two singles, one double, and a king bed. Enjoy full access to a private garden and parking.

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Beautiful barn conversion cottage in a spectacular private setting. Nestled in rolling Cotswold countryside with uninterrupted views just a stone's throw from the ancient village of Shipton under Wychwood. A cosy living room with original exposed truss beams, a warming log burning stove and a scattering of antiques blend seamlessly with modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two charming bedrooms, both with well appointed ensuite bathrooms. The cottage has its own private garden.

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Rectory Farm Retreat

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Please note there is no electricity at this site. Your dog is welcome too, for a small surcharge.
