Loma-asunto Levin Huurre sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla Levin sydämessä, aivan keskustan tuntumassa, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Lentokenttäbussi tuo sinut 150m päähän ovelta ja pääset kävellen joka paikkaan (rinteet, ravintolat, kaupat, kylpylä, apteekki ym.). Ovelta pääset myös suoraan laduille sekä kelkkareiteille. Asunnolla on yksi lämpötolpallinen autopaikka. Asunnossa on upea uusittu keittiö ja laadukkaat kodinkoneet. Kolme makuuhuonetta mahdollistaa suuremmankin perheen majoittumisen.

Levin Äspen

A newly built spacious cabin with warm ambiance and picturesque, serene surroundings. Only a short 10 minutes walk to the Levi village and ski lifts (1 km) and a very comfortable accommodation for 6+2 guests. Skiing, hiking and snow scooter routes close by. Cabin is available in Dec-Jan on a daily basis and Feb onwards on a weekly basis (Friday-Friday). Please note that, due to asthma in the family we are unable to accommodate guests with Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals or pets

Viihtyisä, kompakti ja ekologinen minikoti sijaitsee järven rannalla aidossa ja tavallisessa pienessä Lapin kylässä. Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. Tämä mobiili minikoti sopii hyvin myös pitempiaikaiseen vierailuun, joten jo pelkkä majoitus on kokemus aktiviteettien keskellä. Kylpytynnyri lisämaksusta, tällä hetkellä ei käytössä.

Arktisen alueen uusi moderni huvila revontuli-alueella tarjoaa upeat puitteet lomailuun. Sijainti alle 1km Levin keskustan palveluihin ja lähimpään rinteeseen. Hiihtoladut lähtevät n. 500m päästä sekä kelkkaura menee talon takapihalta. Huvilassa on 3mh, joissa kaikissa kaksi sänkyä, yksi makuuhuone on parvella "masterbedroom" mistä näkymät ulos, alakerrassa suuri jumppatila/leffahuone, jossa levitettävä sohva. Myös sauna ja takka löytyy. Huvilassa on nykyaikaiset kodinkoneet ja tekniikka.

Kuukkeli is a spacious four-bedroom home in Levi, offering 300 m² of comfort for up to 10 guests. Built in 2009 and set just a short distance from the slopes, the property combines classic Finnish log-house character with modern amenities. Large living areas, a fireplace, and an electric sauna create a welcoming stay, while snowshoes, a whirlpool bathtub, and quiet surroundings add to the experience. Kuukkeli provides a practical yet inviting base for year-round adventures in Lapland.

These include ski slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, souvenir stores, equipment rentals, and both outdoor and indoor activities.

The owners have been living in the area for over a decade and are still living in the neigbourhood to be of your assistance with planing of your tours and giving the best tips for the local restaurants.
