Cottage at Old Wire

A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Creekside Cottage (Pet Friendly with Hot Tub)

This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

Newly remodeled cottage sits on a quiet corner lot in downtown Ozark, Mo minutes away from the newly revitalized square and Finley Farms Featuring beautiful hardwood floors and tile, granite counter tops, large bathroom with shower and tub, and a washer and dryer for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances. Enjoy the Smart TV's located in the living room and bedroom, with cable and internet. Guests have ample parking in the driveway, and a beautiful patio area.

Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Country Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Country Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.
