Sikeci Villa is an exquisite newly built villa located near local amenities for your convenience. It offers generous space for your enjoyment. There are three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which are ensuites, and an additional ensuite with a separate lounge upstairs. In addition, there is a separate dining area overlooking the pool creating an atmosphere of tranquility and understated elegance. The rear of the villa features a beautifully finished deck for outdoor relaxation.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Each bed room has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms. It has a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. It is an open plan kitchen, dinner and living room. The property is by the lagoon and has a swimming pool with outside shower. It is 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops, cafes and other amenities. It is in a quiet neighborhood, no parties or loud noises after 11pm. Thank you
