The Desert Willow House: An A+ Accommodation!

This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

This 1920 built home can serve as your location for a weekend getaway, reunion, group, gathering, or….. Within 30 minute access of OH Ivie lake, Eden, Ballinger, San Angelo, and only an hour away from Brady or Abilene. This three bedroom two bath house can easily sleep up to 10 people. The price listed is for two people or one bedroom. There is additional charge for any additional beds used. There is a covered carport for your auto or boat with exterior electrical outlet for charging boats.

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

From the front porch of this 2 bdrm / 2 bath cabin, abundant wildlife can be seen year-round. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching and picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise. Level II EV charging available.

From the 1940’s this building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 1 block to Performing Arts Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on a budget and on the go!
