COTC: Log Cabin Glamping

The Cabin on the Coulee is a lovely two story rustic log cabin on a complete section of land (640 acres - 250 ha) that overlooks a 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for an amazing view! It rents as a complete unit that sleeps up to 6 adults with a full bath on the main floor and a half bath upstairs. The cabin has a full sized refrigerator, range, a full kitchen (including dishes, cutlery and cookware), a propane gas BBQ, a wood stove, outdoor fire pits, high speed WiFi and a projector for movies.

COTC: The Coulee Yurt

The Coulee Yurt interior revolves around a wood burning stove that sits under the toono (overhead dome) of the Yurt. It has an eating area with a table and chairs for up to six, a sitting area, a food preparation area, a queen bed, two twin beds (one is a day bed). It has high speed internet access. The covered outdoor cooking area has a gas barbecue and a water system with a stainless steel sink. See note about bathrooms further down.. This glampsite is truly unique and we hope you enjoy it!

Taste and See Country Cabin

A cabin located in our farm yard but separate from our home . Wonderful scenery, hiking, horseback trails ATV trails and hunting. Very quiet except for the odd coyote howling in the distance. Have had 1 guest to 12 (including children) at one time. Will provide meals (extra charge) but there is a complete kitchen to cook for yourself. 2 bathrooms - one with shower and the other with a jet tub. Our dog, cats, chickens and horses are available for petting or just admiring - up to you.

A Suite Little Place

A Suite Little Place offers all the comforts of home in a quiet, semi-attached, over garage apartment. This one bedroom, one bath, with a full kitchen is a great space for workers away from home, a peaceful get away, or a girls weekend. It offers a spectacular prairie view that boast golden fields, rolling thunderstorms, colourful sunsets, and the incredible Northern Lights. Also offers separate washer and dryer, WiFi, one queen bed and one couch with double pullout bed, and a TV.

COTC: The Grouse House

The Cabin on the Coulee Grouse House is a special stay situated outside of a treed area near a prairie that overlooks 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for stunning views! It’s a cozy, off-grid, insulated mini-cabin. Powered by solar, this site features an indoor wood-burning stove, outdoor picnic bench, gas barbecue, outhouse with an outdoor shower, and outdoor firepit in a huge back yard. A double bed and pull-out futon make this an ideal stay for up to 4 guests.

Breakfast optional - Queen bed -Prairie Rest Point

The ideal place to stop over and rest on your prairie journey! - Comfortable queen sized bed and linens, an assortment of pillows to suit your tastes. - Black out curtains assure a restful sleep. - Extra blankets are in the room for your added comfort. - Private bathroom with bathtub. - Breakfast is optional for an additional $10 - toast, homemade jams, fresh farm eggs, coffee or tea, herbal teas, some of them grown on site like mint and German Chamomile

Swann's Sojourn

The Swann's Sojourn is a perfect accommodation for families or people coming to the area to work. It is a mobile home, so it can get very hot inside the house when the weather is hot outside. Window fans are provided but it is important to keep the weather in mind when deciding to book. We used to live in this accommodation with our small kids. The place has been well loved and does have some general wear and tear. There is a fenced yard for kids to play.

Wide Valley - Main Suite

A sun-filled suite with amazing views and all the amenities. Direct access to trails and the countryside. Comfortable beds and very clean. Full disclaimer: the suite is directly below the hosts main living spaces, and young children are at home most days, the daytime noise will be kept to a minimum but is present.

First Guest Room

Queen size bed with Electric fire place for your comfortable stay. Room offers glass desk as well as a comfy chair. Tv with dvd player for your favourite movies that you bring. Private full ensuite with separate shower and tub. Great views from all the windows. Street parking is available.

Wide Valley- Greenhouse Suite

A lovely quiet, sun-filled suite overlooking the Battle River Valley. Access to trails right outside the door. Beautiful daytime and nighttime views through full size windows. Comfortable bed, and very clean. Working kitchenette and walk in shower.
