Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Small Room, Amazing View, 2.5km to Trogir old town

The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
