U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem. Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen. Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
