You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Αυτόνομο δίχωρο διαμέρισμα που αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με το μπάνιο και την κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και τα απαραίτητα σκεύη .Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου (υπερυψωμένο) με μπαλκόνι . Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεββάτι. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται με σκαλοπάτια , έχει θέα στην αυλή .Είναι ιδανικό για δύο άτομα, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει και τρίτο άτομο αφού στον χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει πολυθρόνα που γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι.

The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.
