My place is close to public transport, beach and nightlife. Tram stop is just downstairs, two stops from the Old Town; train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. (Perfect to go to Monaco or Cannes), 2 minutes walk from big supermarket. Free parking downstairs or in a street very close by, private parking in the square. 5 minutes walk from Acropolis and Palais des Expositions (for conferences & conventions).
