Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. "Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Our Palisade Orchard Cottage, built in the early 1900s,has been fully renovated with love. Our cottage will be sure to impress you with the most breathtaking views. Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east.
