Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.
